Mirus Bio公司是世界上zui早開發(fā)、低細胞毒性轉(zhuǎn)染試劑的公司之一，同時也是目前該類試劑zui主要的供應商之一。Mirus Bio的大部分轉(zhuǎn)染試劑可以在含有血清的培養(yǎng)基中進行轉(zhuǎn)染，省去了更換培養(yǎng)基的麻煩。
TransIT-L1是Mirus產(chǎn)品的，自1995年開發(fā)出來就申請了美國(US 5,744,335)。該項技術后來License給了Roche公司，以Fugene 6的品牌對外銷售。
TransIT-TKO & siQUEST轉(zhuǎn)染試劑是常規(guī)siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑的，與脂質(zhì)體介導的轉(zhuǎn)染試劑相比，該轉(zhuǎn)染試劑可以轉(zhuǎn)染siRNA，并且極大地降低了細胞的損傷程度。該試劑與siRNA混合轉(zhuǎn)染細胞時，可以特異性剔除某些基因的表達，用于siRNA介導的基因沉默現(xiàn)象的研究。
TransIT-Oligo轉(zhuǎn)染試劑是即用型試劑，可以地將各種類型的寡聚核苷酸和寡聚脫氧核苷酸轉(zhuǎn)染至受體細胞中。
此外，Mirus Bio還開發(fā)了專門針對特殊細胞的體外轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，例如分別針對Jurkat，COS，3T3等細胞的轉(zhuǎn)染試劑。
Mirus Bio的科學家們新近開發(fā)了一種新的DNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑：TransIT TM-2020 Transfection Reagent。TransIT TM的性能優(yōu)于FuGENE TM、Lipofectamine TM 2000和 LipofectamineTM2000 CD；可在多種類型的細胞（包括難轉(zhuǎn)染細胞）中實現(xiàn)高表達。 HD-2020
